They had management staff change several years ago. The staff turnover became an issue (in the past the staff stayed for at least 15 year). They new management began to charge to miscellaneous services that used to be free, dropped hot lunches programme and irritates the parents with numerous memos about keeping the front door locked, fundraising and increases the fees.
