Telmo and his assistants finished their repairs and restoration of our two level deck and did a beautiful job. The deck had suffered through 30 years of summers and winters with very little care. Additionally, a pair of wisteria vines had begun to pull the deck apart, so urgent repairs were needed and a restoration job was also needed. I interviewed several contractors, and Telmo's bid was a winner--in terms of cost, but also in the confidence he inspired when he described his plan and several options. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he exceeded my expectations. He was easy to work with, fairly priced, easy to communicate with, and did the job professionally and efficiently. I would 100% use him and Decks & Plus again, and highly recommend him to you based upon my experience. Thanks Telmo!

Contractor worked with me to determine the most cost efficient course of action. There were a number of maintenance tasks that needed to be done on my deck including the replacement of a rotten rafter; fixing multiple planters; installing supports for the railings; installing stone under the deck; and several other minor items. Contractor managed to replace the rotten board without removing all the decking thus saving a lot of time and effort (meaning money).
