The Energy Audit disclosed some areas in which we needed to address to keep the house warmer during the winter. It was very scientific and highlighted the three most significant areas in the house that needed work.

Mohammed from HESS did my energy audit, did a great job identifying energy loss problems, recommending solutions, putting together a package to air seal and insulate the house, and handled the utility rebate process. I recommend HESS. I was surprised that a different company showed up on the day of the work (The Fifth Fuel), but the work went very well and Mohammed showed up during the work to check on things. Mohammed was very responsive to all my questions throughout. Afterwards, when I discovered that he had forgotten to specify an attic tent to seal and insulate my attic pull-down stairs, he quickly responded to that by scheduling it to be done and didn't charge me for it since it was his omission.
