Potomac Fences was the CHEAPEST of the 7 fence contractors I interviewed and didn't pad the charge for little extras I wanted like 6 inch posts and a higher than standard height. The installers were pleasant and professional. And when my neighbor objected that 1 section was slightly too high, they sent a crew to change it (even though they didn't have to) within days for FREE. Surprised Checkbook puts them as more expensive than others, because they charged me $5,000 when another company wanted $22,000 and most others were $7,000. I don't always go with the low bid, but I felt they were giving me the best fence for the lowest price. What's not to love? The fence continues to look great. No problems whatsoever.

We compared quotes and found Potomac to be good. The work was well done, guaranteed for one year. I found the sales rep rather standoffish, but then I'm not paying for nice, I am paying for good work for an honest price, and that I received.
