Our basement water heater had burst; we found this out at 4PM on Monday. Called our insurance company shortly after that, spoke to Claims Agent and he recommended PuroFirst and put in a call to them to come that evening. With all the storms in their Claims area that night, it took a while to get the assignment made. Nonetheless, the PuroFirst manager on duty called me about 6:30PM saying Dio and his crew would be at our home between 7:30 and 8:00PM. At 7:30, Dio arrived, assessed the situation and began the cleanup, first the water and then addressing the soaked carpet and under mat and, finally, all the standing stuff. He and his crew worked until 11PM and by the time they were through, all the water was gone, the dryers and blowers and dehumidifiers were installed and operating. Did answered every one of my questions, explained what he was doing and about to do, was fully professional and a pleasure to deal with. I paid hi our insurance policy deduction on the spot. We couldn't be more relieved and relaxed by having PuroFirst address our mess promptly and professionally. Did is coming today, three days later, to check on the dryness and then proceed with any reconstruction necessary. Good job!
