Sloppy work. Stain was patchy at doorways. Clearly multiple people were staining and they attempted to blend the stain at room junctions. It looks terrible. Stain and urethane splashed all over walls. When sanding down the stairs, the sander left deep grooves on the risers and sides of the stairs that will need to be filled and repainted. Put the second topcoat on after installing the new shoe molding causing the shoe molding primer to seep into the urethane. When the shoe molding is removed, to fix pieces that were installed improperly, there is white primer paint permanently mixed into the urethane. The new shoe has to be installed exactly in the same place as the old one or its visible. Clearly taking shortcuts to get done as fast as possible.
