This company came in and laid down a $7200 luxury vinyl plank floor, but it was done in a rush and without following the manufacturers instructions so as a result the floor is faulty. I told the salesman that there was a problem with the subfloor and that I wanted to make sure the floor was solid after he was done. After research I realized they never leveled the floor which is important on the manufacturer's instructions. By laying down the floor without leveling it it causes hollow points so the pieces been and possibly crack at the joint. That happened and they came to fix that one spot. They had a lift up 75% of the floor and they fixed that one spot but they still didn't fix the floor correctly, or take the time to prepare it so it wouldn't happen again. Also when they put down the floor put the same piece all the way down the apartment, without alternating it, so I have one line of the same bright piece down my apartment. They also reuse the shoe molding and that part looks horrible. They also didn't lay a transition stripper seal properly by the patio door so moisture enters there. Please keep in mind that it's a lot of work moving all my furniture every time they're coming in to redo it, which is twice now. The owner is now suggesting that if I pay more they'll pull up the whole floor and level it out correctly. This is not the sequence that you would expect to be going down with a professional company. After all of this and their second chance to fix it correctly under the owner supervision, I've given up and will not pay this company anymore. It's also important to know that the owner admitted in an email that the job was done incorrectly due to a salesman whose fired, yet he will not and did not redo it correctly under his supervision. I think this company is acting in bad faith. I do not recommend this company.

Amir and his team are top notch- fantastic selection, excellent service. Purchase and installation of both carpet and hardwoods went very smoothly. The installers are employed by Renaissance and their attention to detail shows. Highly recommended!
