We hired Congressional Window and Gutter Cleaning on the basis of Checkbook reviews, and were disappointed. Gutters on a two-story house were to be cleaned, with particular attention to making sure the downspouts were clear. We asked about repairing any small problems to the gutters, and Mark assured us he always sealed leaking nail holes, etc. On the day of the service, plant debris was blown onto our shrubs and perennials and left there. Downspouts were not checked. When we pointed out plant debris left between the gutter and fascia, we were told the crew would not blow it out.

I will no longer put off getting windows cleaned! This team was on time, calm and courteous, careful and so thorough - removed and cleaned the original storm window (house built 1918) that was in place since we moved in 36 years ago! I will welcome this team again, and relax :-)
