This review is only for their Montgomery County location (their Frederick location is said to be very good). We had an abysmal experience with their Montgomery County location. They did not deliver on their promises and failed to adhere to minimum standards of care: overworked CNA barley had time for the visit, dismissive nurses did not wash their hands and reeked of perfume, causing nausea in the patient, needed supplies were not ordered, etc.
