One nurse who came to draw blood was completely disorganized and was incompetent when it came to drawing blood. Their physical therapist was pleasant enough, but just stood by looking at his screen while I went through the list of exercises that were given to to me work with at home. There was no input whatsoever as to whether I was completing the exercises correctly. Moreover with ~eight pounds of edema in one leg, I was instructed to complete a full set of 15 leg raises that left me hobbled for a week, having had lost much of my muscle strength and conditioning in the affected extremity. I terminated my contract and am now undergoing a safe and effective PT program elsewhere.
