About 14 different caretakers in 2 months. Some not trained adequately or knew what they were supposed to do. Disappointing.

Synergy has provided excellent homecare. They are completely reliable – never a no-show. Every Synergy homecare giver over time has been kind, respectful, and helpful. Our longtime Synergy homecare giver is a blessing. We do not need to tell her what things need to be done. She notices on her own and does more to help than we would ever have thought of. We look forward to her visits. She is like family for us.
