Recommended
I recommend them only because they did my pre-travel COVID test quickly and got me the results ahead of time so I could not be anxious about not having documentation in time for boarding. When trying to get pre-testing information they failed (or refused) to answer email, text messages or phone calls despite multiple attempts at each after making my appointment.
