We were ready to discard the old lawn mower (2009 Toro) when the self-propeller motor stopped working but called Blunards to get an opinion. We were directed to the website to make an appointment to bring it in to their shop although they also offer a pick-up and delivery service. An appointment was available in a hour. We dropped it off in the afternoon; the next morning they called to say it was repaired and they did a "tune-up" that we had authorized. The "repair" for the self-propeller was part of the tune up. We had the mower back in less than 24 hours! Well worth the effort! Works like "new".

I've taken mowers there for tune-ups, sharpening, and to fix things that have broken, and they've done exactly what they said they'd do for the price they quoted me. I also took a wood chipper there a year ago, and they did a fine job. They have a somewhat cumbersome reservation system and it can take a while to get an appointment, but we're talking mowers and chippers here, not open heart surgery, so I don't mind the wait so long as they do the job -- and they do!
