I can't say enough good things about ProAction PT and especially Lydia Badra. Here you will work one on one with a PT for every visit. Many other physical therapy groups will shuffle you over to an assistant PT, or have one PT work with multiple patients simultaneously. When I first had problems with searing pain from my back that kept me from sleeping, my physician kept prescribing meds used off-label for sleep. There was no improvement for three months. It was Lydia who told me to ask for an orthopedist referral and he got me on the right med and the back pain vanished in one week. After a battery of tests and orthopedic surgeon visits for an arm that wouldn't pronate, I was told to just "live with it." Since then, Lydia's work on my arm has restored much of its function so I am able to play the piano again. Best PT place that I have been to in Montgomery county by far!
