Very good company. Workers have been with the company for years and know how to do the job well. Prices are competitive. My windows have never sparkled so much! I trust these people in my home.

To the minute, the crew (including the owner) arrived as scheduled, and they did an outstanding job of efficiently cleaning all of our windows, some of which seemed to be stuck shut, but which they were able to open. The entire crew was friendly and responsive. Our windows had not been cleaned in some time, so some clumps of dust and dirt came off of the storm windows and screens when they were removed and placed on the interior flooring; I did have to do a bit of vacuuming after the job was complete. While this was not a major issue, future customers might want to clarify how this will be dealt with ahead of time. Overall, however, the windows looked dramatically different after the job was complete, and I will definitely hire Congressional again in the future.
