Jim at Sierra Heating and Air Conditioning is the most dependable and exacting service provider I have experienced in all the years I have had work done on my HVAC systems. Several years ago, he resurrected a previously purchased system that the company I purchased from declared DOA. That company tried to get me to purchase another NEW system from them. I called Sierra, and Jim suggested that he take a look thinking perhaps he could do something. That's when Jim got that system working. I got several more years out of that system, but eventually purchased a new system from Sierra. Just recently, they provided superior, and extraordinarily timely, service when a timer on the fan stopped functioning. When I called on the hottest day this year, he came within half hour and had it fixed in 15 minutes. No charge. Bless them. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I called Sierra today and Jim answered on the first ring. Unfortunately, I wasn't in Jim's service area. But, despite that, he spent ten minutes on the phone with me helping to diagnose the potential issues.... even having me look at different areas of the outside unit to help determine the issue. Even though Jim was booked up with work... he still took the time to try to help. Thanks Jim!

Sierra was able to repair my air-conditioner within a few days after I called. Price was fair and we received excellent, courteous service. Diagnosis and repair were done quickly. I highly recommend Jim and his company.
