We had chimney repair services completed in the prior year and made use of the annual inspection in order to keep the three year guarantee in effect. There was an additional fee for the inspection. They also did vent cleaning for our clothes dryer at the same time. The Dryer vent cleaning was done efficiently and they provided evidence of what was retrieved. The chimney inspection generated some additional service suggestions about water proofing, which seemed high and the added value seemed low. We declined those.
