Suburban is a family owned business, and John has been a pleasure to work with. He helped fix venting into an old chimney flue and replace the lining. He was very communicative, provided pictures, and was on time and in line with his estimate, beating 2-3 other bids. No doubt I'll use him again.

Had a great first meeting and were ready to use them. Then complete radio silence. For a month, now. Moving on to someone else, even if they finally re-contact me. Not a good way to gain a new client’s trust.

This is a wonderful company. We had Suburban replace a chase cap about a year ago and, more recently, they completely replaced an oil furnace flue vent leading from basement and out through the roof. They did an excellent job in both cases. John Serrano came out to give the estimate and his father Mr. Tony Serrano (who i believe is the owner) was one of the three men who came out who actually did the work. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They took the trouble to fully answer any questions I had. They were on time, put in a lot of effort, took great care in coming and going through the house, cleaned up nicely and took their work seriously. The pricing was very reasonable. I wish more companies had the work ethic that they have - and I felt as though I was being treated in a fair and straightforward manner. My experience with Suburban has been excellent.
