They were excellent craftsmen, relatively quick, neat and caring about keeping the dust ask iTed with sanding and refinishing a minimum and well contained within the work are.

Last year the wood floor in my apartment buckled. I called Elegant Floor Service and after inspecting the damage they offered two options; replace the buckled area only or redo the floor in a different material. They were very clear about the pros and cons of each solution, and the cost associated with each. I opted to replace the buckled area. Elegant matched the floor perfectly and repaired it so that it was like it "never even happened". Overall I could not be more pleased.
