Bottom line: Look no further, Nelson Rivas is your guy. I’ve been working across 20 different trades for a new house, and Nelson is the best of the best. Price: Very competitive, if not the best in the market. Beating out 2 to 3 other vendors who quoted significantly higher numbers. Quality: Exceptional. Features light wood floors across approximately 3,000 square feet, including careful work on the stairs. Communication: Excellent throughout the project, with the crew consistently arriving on the dot at 8 AM every day. Special Considerations: Successfully navigated working around a piano. Shoe molding installation is deferred to a later date due to ongoing renovations, which Nelson worked with me on.
