We feel very lucky to have been connected with Jeff, Fernando and the team at A-1 TV Sales & Service. Our OLED TV had a hardware failure and required repair // panel replacement. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. They were responsive and clear with scheduling - gracious with availability and communicative about time blocks, so we knew when to expect them. The process was straightforward and friendly - it was a pleasure having them in our home to diagnose the situation, and we appreciated that they took care of every element with our TV manufacturer. They were thorough and quick - moved fast to order the part and scheduled installation/repair as soon as they received it. Service was quick and easy - our TV now works, and we are thoroughly satisfied. We will absolutely be in touch with A-1 for any future TV-related needs.
