Alex's Radon Service installed a system to remove the radon from the basement of my house. Although Alex described what was going to happen and why, I continued to ask questions that he graciously answered both before and during the installation. Alex also created a video on my phone that shows me what to expect with the system and how to deal with any glitches that might occur. I feel secure and happy about the outcome from his work, and I would recommend him highly.

Alex and his associate Ari repaired and upgraded our very old radon abatement system. The new system functions perfectly. Alex is extremely good at explaining options and giving advice. Highly recommended.

Alex knows his stuff, does good work at a low price and is easy to deal with. He responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to plan the job and quote a price based on a scale drawing of my basement and photos of the key area. He showed up when promised, did the job, cleaned up and stayed in touch. A wonderful experience.
