Unlike another company I called, Alex came out to see the house to give an estimate. He explained everything so we understood. While he was doing the abatement, he noticed that the radon level where he drilled to put the system in was really high. He checked the level in an adjacent wall and it was even higher (13.2) and he recommended doing both walls. Yes it cost some more, but I know Alex is doing the best job you can get. And I feel comfortable that most of the Radon is gone in the house. He even recommended some changes to our outside gutter system to keep both the radon and water out of our basement.

Alex came to our home on the date and time promised and discussed how he would mitigate the radon level, where to install the equipment, answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonable estimate. After Alex and his associate Avi professionally installed the mitigation equipment, he left behind a real time radon testing device for several days that proved that the radon level was reduced to an acceptable level. Very good experience from start to finish!
