Alex installed a fan in our existing radon pipe and the connectors to the pipe that help us maintain the radon installation over time. He was thorough in his instruction as to how to maintain the installed system He even identified where the source of most of the radon in the house was located (adjacent to our bathroom tub where the builder had not sealed this area). The radon reading significantly diminished after his installation. We enjoyed working with Alex and highly recommend him!

Alex's Radon Service installed a system to remove the radon from the basement of my house. Although Alex described what was going to happen and why, I continued to ask questions that he graciously answered both before and during the installation. Alex also created a video on my phone that shows me what to expect with the system and how to deal with any glitches that might occur. I feel secure and happy about the outcome from his work, and I would recommend him highly.

Alex and his associate Ari repaired and upgraded our very old radon abatement system. The new system functions perfectly. Alex is extremely good at explaining options and giving advice. Highly recommended.
