Master Robert Thompson is an excellent instructor of Tai Chi and Kung Fu! He teaches children and adults. I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants to improve strength, muscle toning, and balance. You don't have to be an athlete to be a student; you can start at any level of physical fitness, from beginner to advanced. I started learning with Master Thompson in Tai Chi class. As time went on I started taking Kung Fu lessons and I've been taking Kung Fu lessons with him for several years. He and I have seen significant improvements in my muscle tone and balance.
