I love the Fitness Together concept here in Silver Spring. Three training rooms; multiple, experienced trainers with whom to work; wide selection of hours; individualized programs that challenge and change with progress. From what I've seen, they serve all ages (I'm in my late 50s) and skill levels, and work within personal limitations. Shockingly fabulous place.
