I spoke to Jan Carmandy twice about some junk removal; gave her detailed measurements of a sofa, table, vanity, credenza, 2 bookcases, a couch, and some misc. Each time, she said she would check with Mike about scheduling and get back to me. The 2nd time I spoke to her, she was all apologetic, said she would text Mike, but again I never heard back from anyone in this company. Their inconsideration cost me time unnecessarily, but also delayed another worker on the property. This could have been avoided with a simple answer: "We can't do the job."
