Company did an excellent job three years ago and thus I called them back a month ago. But management must have changed. First, they did not have any record of my house and what they charged me three years ago ($450) for all vents, incl. dryer vent. Second, two people showed up after I had agreed on this same $450 cost over-the-phone with the (new) manager, but when they got here they determined the house was too big for their time, crew size, and money agreed. Third, they were very hard to reach on the phone. Fourth, they decided finally that they would come back to do my house only for something closer to $1,000. Of course, I said good-bye to this rude and unprofessional way to do business.
