Please save yourself a headache and DO NOT use this tax service. They are not responsive. This place has been doing my taxes since 2008. Last year, they dropped the ball completely. My taxes were done wrong. They won't answer emails, or phone calls. I have filed a complaint against them with several reporting agencies.
