I appreciate the immediate accommodation and response to my request, they scheduled me very quickly. Unfortunately, the service to my furnace required two visits since the first was not done thoroughly. My furnace failed again 6 weeks later and technician came back to do more completing cleaning of my condenser valve, resulting in bill twice the cost of the first visit. I asked for advice on how to maintain my 11-year old furnace but the tech did not give any suggestions nor recommendations. Will not be using them again.
