Very happy with our decision to go with Colonial Mortgage for our recent mortgage loan. Paul and Renee coached us through the entire process of applying for a home loan, answering our many questions along the way. They were very quick with processing our application. They were also able to accommodate a last-minute request to move the settlement date forward and ensured everything went smoothly on closing day. We would certainly go with them again for our next home purchase.
