I was basically ignored when I entered this location. It seemed understaffed the day I was there. After waiting 1.5 hours with no indication when/whether I would be seen, I left.

The last two times that I have been there, I have been misdiagnosed. I have witnessed the front desk staff be very uncaring toward someone who came in very distressed. They also would not share my medical records with my primary care physician, even when I requested in person that they do so. Their reason? They are MedStar and my PCP was with GW Medical Associates. Seemed strange to me. Since it's a different doctor every time, it's hard to predict the quality of care. I would still recommend them if you have an urgent medical situation.
