We wanted to buy a good TV to replace our 20 year-old picture-tube model. We had lots of concerns about how screen size and features. Chris at Wheaton store was knowledgeable and patient with us. He also set us up a home consultant, Michael, who normally advises on equipment for home theaters. Michael was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us to a decision on a TV and sound bar.. Finally, he arranged for Joe from Geek Squad to bring the equipment, set it up, and show us how to use it. Joe knew exactly what to do and explained the internet connection, remotes, etc. well. Great help from start to finish. Prices seemed reasonable too.
