We stripped out some 16 y.o. flooring - mfgred wood, linoleum and carpet - and had tile installed. The area covered the kitchen, laundry, guest bath and connecting areas - a rather large area. We had to move some appliances but the crew took care of the rest.
The project took three days, including stripping, installing underlayment, installing tile, and grouting. The entire crew was prompt, cheerful, performed to spec. and to estimate. Nothing had to be reworked or repeated. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away at the end.
They also did replacement flooring for a neighbor. Rip-out was the same but replacement was solid wood flooring. She, too, was very satisfied.
We would both recommend this company.
