We were having furnace problems last February. After waiting all day, the tech showed up at our house at 11:00 at night. He didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable and made some kind of adjustment and left. Eventually the furnace stopped working (on a weekend, of course) and I made another appointment. I waited until midnight and no one ever showed up or called. After a very cold night, we called another company. They showed up right away, made a temporary fix so we wouldn’t freeze to death and then replaced the furnace the next day. FYI: when you call for service, you’re talking to someone in Texas.
