Seasonal tuneups have been on time, quick, and well done. I replaced both AC and furnace and the work was top notch.

Our $139 furnace check was ineffectual. The courteous gentleman from Center Point Energy peered into one of the upper doors of our 98 year-old boiler that had been converted from coal to oil to gas over the years and said "I can't do a thing". I believe that he did check the flue of our modern gas hot-water heater for carbon monoxide, recommended that we install a carbon monoxide detector in the basement, and I think as a favor vacuumed out some dust from under our refrigerator. We never received any report from the visit, only a bill.
