When my garage door cable broke, the door jammed at an angle in the tracks, trapping my car in the garage. Joe and Sarah showed up within 2 hours of my call to Metro Garage Door. They were friendly and very professional. It took them less than 1/2 hour to fix the problem including replacing both cables and a section of track that was badly bent up. I had worried that I might have to replace the door, but they put everything back to rights, and for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
