After having a technician come to the house twice because a sensor was off repeatedly I had to call another garage door repair company who knew immediately what was wrong. Save your self 125 bucks. Metro your technicians need a lot more training and supervision. Have them work under a skilled technician for awhile.

Had torsion springs replaced on our 43 year-old garage door. Metro's price was $74 less than the 1st company I got a quote from. The technician Randy installed the springs and adjusted the opener in under 30 minutes and answered all the questions I had. He provided excellent advice on the condition of my old garage door/opener and estimated costs for other repairs and upgrades but didn't pressure me for additional work. Highly recommend this company, and especially the technician Randy.
