They have mowed my lawn for two years. When I poured cement for new steps, their guys chipped it. I complained. Not a problem; they investigated and said they were responsible. They said they could fix it but I asked my cement contractor do it when he had the same special color cement poured. They agreed and paid immediately the $265 it cost. I just think Parkway is a class operation. They also do snow removal for me and they are right there one hour after the snow stops, even though it may be one AM. That happened. Love them.
