Store layout is a little confusing (would be less so if areas were better marked). I found what I was looking for and checked my options. I was approached by the staff to answer questions but otherwise they were unobtrusive. One guy (owner?) was very helpful in the area of clothing -- pros and cons of why I'd want one brand over another. I liked that. Prices were okay; I suspect bike accessories are like pet accessories. Manufacturers and sellers know if you're there, you're into it, and so nothing is inexpensive. Fortunately, nothing is cheap, either. Everything I purchased that day is of good quality and has been working fine for me.
