The person who confirmed the appointment said the consultant would leave me with a quote that is good for a year, but that was highly misleading. What actually happened was a guy stayed at my house for almost three hours (about 15 minutes of which was looking at the bathroom I want remodeled) trying to get me to agree to put money down today. One sleazy sales tactic after another. When I resisted that, he left without giving me any documentation of the quote and said I could call the 800 number if I wanted to "start the process over". The twelve-month quote was an inflated price anyway, would not recommend unless you enjoy a hard sell.

He bragged about ranking and awards, but the comments by many customers were so bad I changed my order. I cancelled within the 3 days. I could not take a chance if what so many other customers commented was true.
