Called on a weekend for emergency service after my boiler broke down. They said they would come out, I gave them my address and other details, and they decided 6 hours later (after I'd turned down several other companies who offered to do the work) they wouldn't come out after all because I was outside their service area, despite having my address the entire time. Their normal service may be fine, but definitely not a good choice in an emergency!

I have been a customer of Krinkie Heating and Air-conditioning for over thirty years and have been highly satisfied with the quality and professionalism of their service. Krinkie installed a heating and AC system 35 yrs ago and replaced this with a new high energy efficient heating and AC system five years ago. Krinkie also installed a new water heater in my home. Over the years I have contracted with Krinkie to perform annual inspection and maintenance of my heating, AC, and water heating systems. This has prevented any equipment breakdowns during times of heavy usage and kept the equipment in top working order.
