S&R has been taking care of HVAC and appliances for over 30 years. This company NEVER takes advantage of customers. I happily pay slightly more for integrity. Scott and Rob train employees well.

My previous furnace and air conditioner were going on 18 years old, so it was time to replace them. I got in touch with S&R Heating & Cooling and Robert Langer made an appointment to come by and look at my house and give me an estimate. We decided on Bryant's best furnace and heat pump. But in looking at the available space for the heat pump, that unit was too large for my situation. Robert suggested a different heat pump that was similar in size to my previous air conditioner. I also decided to add a ventilator to bring in fresh air, a humidifier, an electronic air filter, and a whole house dehumidifier to help keep my basement reasonably dry during the summer months when I like to keep my windows open and not air condition everything. The installation process went smoothly over about a day and a half. The first day they got the furnace and heat pump installed and up and running. Some additional work with the ventilator and the whole house dehumidifier was completed the next morning. When the installation was complete, they cleaned up their work area probably cleaner than it was before they started! The work was very well done with a lot of attention to even the little details. The new system has been working very well. The heat pump is running a lot since the temperatures have been above 30 degrees. The furnace came on a couple nights when it was colder.
