No supervision of employees in the home. Therefore, it is necessary to have basic medical knowledge of care that should be given. I had aides that did not give good care and aides that gave excellent care!

Picked them because of the name recognition. Mostly immigrant aides who sat and watched t.v. No oversight in home. Multiple Billing errors. One set fire to stove while making SOUP. They did serve already prepared foods and did the dishes (I had to ask) They would not empty trash or recycle. Visiting Angels are franchised. So I speak only of my experience with Steve & Jennifer owners of the Doylestown V. Angels
