I was very fortunate to be a patient of skilled nursing and PT/OT at the Hill after several operations and 2 weeks in hospital due to a potentially deadly infection. Everything about the facility is far superior to the many medical and rehab facilities I have experience with. The staff is of the highest technical skill level and also uniformly exhibit great compassion. The staffing level is higher than anywhere else I have seen. The accommodations and the food are better than a super deluxe hotel and the amount of effort and detail they give to making sure that you will be successful after discharge is something that should be the norm but rarely is elsewhere. I have often seen how fast and far your abilities can decline after a major medical event and how slowly they can be recovered but at The Hill they got me back faster and better than I was for a long time. They got me stronger and more flexible and did it faster than I thought possible One of the best experiences of my 75 years.
