Worst hospital altogether. I don’t know how they’re still in business!

The staff of nurses and emergency doctor were very pleasant. Due to the Covid 19 virus my wife had to wait a couple hours to get a bed.

Just about everyone there except for one nurse was either surly or straight up rude. Horrible bedside manner. Got Covid in July and was absolutely terrified and alone there. A 30something with a stuffed animal since my husband (understandably) couldn't come in, and some jerk literally pulled it out of my arms. Dude. I have Covid, sleep with that thing as an arm pillow and I'm using it for anxiety, and you just snatch it out of my arms? Meanwhile, as I'm waiting in the room, he's sitting outside talking major trash to anyone that will listen. Loud and foul mouthed, so unprofessional. He was a tech for whatever electrode machine thing he hooked me up to. When I first got there, two people at the desk just carried on their conversation as if I wasn't there. Later, I had a panic attack while blood was being drawn and the nurse was just completely frustrated and impatient, pretty much yelling at me. I couldn't breath, which is why I went, and she's yelling at me to breath. One nurse could tell I was visibly upset and was the only one who bothered to ask if I was okay when I first got to the room, but unfortunately she was leaving for the night. The x-ray ladies were wonderful though. The doctor was barely in the room, barely said a few sentences to be, and I thought she was coming back but never did. I get that it's the late shift, that it was when cases were really starting to soar, that everyone was and is stressed, but the amount of unprofessional behavior was ridiculous. I was terrified to be there and most of them just made it worse.
