For oil delivery, this company is great. The staff is well informed, and work with me to decide the best plan for me. For heating and a/c service, this company has failed. I had a heating and a/c service plan with Walton for several years. They did not compete the service work as detailed on their website. When the equipment did not work properly, they came out and fixed the issue. They insisted I pay for the repair. I explained the issue was due to one of the items on their service plan not being completed on the unit for the past 2 years. They still insisted I pay for the repair. They eventually waived the fee. I cancelled the plan and hired a highly recommended service provider for a much lower price.
