This is a caregiver registry. They have trouble finding caregivers willing to work weekends. Finding a compatible match between caregiver and client is hit or miss regardless of agency. Need to better match training and experience level of caregiver with needs / limitations of client not just send in anyone available. Some caregivers very compassionate and caring, others wrong for the job. Care coordinators / office staff attentive, polite, and supportive. Written satisfaction survey so general it was meaningless.
