Exceptional work to fully replace a 2 zone AC unit in a. 100 year old home. The service manager, Frank, was transparent, anxious to please, communicative. The job was completed in one day. I’m no expert, but I was there all day, and the quality of installation was precise and performed with exceptional care. Fully endorse the company based upon this project.

The need for a call-back to correct what was done is all too frequent. Unfortunately, this has been a problem with almost all of the HVAC maintenance companies I have dealt with over my many years of home ownership. Guy Cooper is, however, responsive when a call-back is needed. They back their work. Also, they do not do unnecessary repairs just to run up the charges.

We've used Guy Cooper for service contract component for years. 2016 we needed to replace the HVAC unit during summer. From service call to quote to installation, it was seamless. This is a big money "ticket" - we are pleased with result.
