Both my husband and I had crowns installed that had to be replaced a year or less later. They refunded the cost of my husband's but not mine. I expect crowns to last more than a year. There is a Delta Dental provider, Dr. Audrey Mojica, who works in this office, and working with a Delta Dental provider has saved us a lot of money, even after we went over the $1,250 yearly allowance our Delta Dental plan provides.
