A-Advantage employees went out of their way to provide good service. They diagnosed a problem with a 30-year-old furnace (one of two I have). They then found an obscure part needed to repair it, but still could not get it to work. They then discovered interior parts that had deteriorated and could not be replaced. They did not charge me for the "obscure part" and gave me a real good deal to replace the old furnaces with two new Rheem furnaces. The price included removing the two old furnaces and hauling away the pieces. They did an excellent installation and cleanup afterward.l
