We have maintained an annual service contract with them for many years so they're very responsive. Not the cheapest but can count on them doing quality work and getting it right the first time. A nice feature is you can request the same person to service your equipment so they get to know your situation. Highly recommended.

Love this company! We woke up Christmas morning to a cold house. Called Krafft thinking I would get an answering machine, but I got a person and then a quick call back from Jerome who was on duty Christmas Day. He offered to come that day, but we said we could wait a day or two since we a working heat pump zone on the second floor. Bottom line: Krafft jumped on the job, gave good advice regarding gas versus electric, and gave a few price options with thoughtful pros and cons of different solutions. Two days after Christmas, we had a new furnace beautifully installed and a new hot water heater. The job was done quickly, carefully, cleanly, and professionally. The crew was great. The office staff was great. Jerome is awesome. (I’ve always had maintenance contracts on our HVAC and it has always put us at the head of the queue in heat waves and cold snaps. Worth every penny, especially with a company this excellent!)
