We've been using Krafft for many years, even the company that Krafft had acquired a ages ago. The company sends out the same technician each time, twice a year (per our contract). If there is a time when something isn't working correctly, same day repair, same technician. The technician has been very educational, helping me understand the HVAC and thermostat.
