Tech did not have the right size filter for our AC on his truck. Said he'd have to go get one. Did not warn me he would charge $95 for going to get the filter. I fault him for (a) not having the filter in the first place (b) charging for what was his (or his employer's) error, and (c) not telling me the fee when he asked if it was OK for him to go get a filter. It's not hard to change a filter and I could have readily bought one from either a local supply house or from the Web and installed it myself. I will never do business with them again.

Everyone at Suburban Fuel is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My air conditioner wasn't working properly. Suburban came out right away and fixed it. Great service!
